报告摘要：I will introduce pedagogically the advent of quantum computing and how they are transforming our fundamental understanding of quantum physics. At the same time, I will highlight the different quantum technologies that are being developed nowadays, with a strong support of high-tech companies around the world. Finally, I will explain my personal perspective on how these novel concepts will change our present and future.
Brief CV: Prof. Enrique Solano is a Distinguished Professor at Shanghai University and has worked previously in Brazil, Peru, Germany, Spain, USA, Australia, and other countries. He is a renowned expert in the theory of quantum computing and quantum technologies. He has developed worldwide collaborations and influential research in the academic and entrepreneurial worlds.
